Process
PRJG ensure they have a thorough understanding of exactly what is required of the candidate by discussing technical and soft skills required with the relevant line manager recruiting for the position. As a result, they are able to discover subtleties of the vacancy, which cannot be written in a job description.
Using this information, they then assess similar positions within other organizations, often called by different names and reporting into different structures. They headhunt relevant candidates and qualify them according to the KPI’s and experience confirmed with us. All candidates submitted to us have been referenced with a line manager that the candidate reported to in a previous role. This ensures that all candidates submitted are if a certain caliber. Together with each candidates’ CV, PRJG send us a summary of their screening together with notes on their reference check. This process saves us time, because in addition to their CV, we receive information relevant to the candidate’s experience tailored to our vacancy.
Results
PRJG consultants have also been involved, when requested, in the negotiating/closing stages of the process and on boarding of the successful candidate. I can confirm that the candidates introduced by PRJG that have successfully filled our vacancies have worked out very well.
