Pasha read Law with European Law at The University of Nottingham, completing his degree in 1998. He began his recruitment career in 2000 with Huxley Associates in London, where he managed a team recruiting front office IT professionals for tier 1 investment banks, and helped launch Huxley’s New York office before repatriating to Trinidad in 2005. After leading mass recruitment for the newly established Caribbean Airlines, he founded Progressive Recruitment Specialists Ltd in 2007.
Carolyn holds an MA (Cantab) in Engineering from Cambridge University and has been a Director of Progressive from inception. She brings 30 years of management consulting and quality assurance experience for organisations including GSK, PwC, and PA Consulting in over 20 countries. Carolyn leads PRSL’s Outsourced Recruitment Service Delivery and was the lead on engagements with Heritage and Paria, bpTT, CDA, Atlantic LNG, JobsTT and JobsGT.
