Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago [PATT] has engaged Progressive Recruitment Specialists Limited [PRSL] over the past two (2) years to support its Executive Search Process for the selection of Senior Roles: including General Manager/CEO, Executive Manager – HR, Senior Legal Officer and eight (8) other roles.
The process has always been efficiently managed by the experienced team of Pasha, Navindra, Carolyn, Shalini, Kaffi and Natalie. It is very evident that they always follow a tried and tested methodology as outlined in their proposal. In addition, they always worked in the PATT’s best interest to attract, qualify and engage with the most suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the role. This process involved the advertising of the role in the Press and on JobsTT, mapping of the market using their bespoke database, and LinkedIn, and qualifying of the longlist to provide PAIT with a shortlist of relevant and interested persons who were then interviewed formally by the PATT Board. Selected persons were then sent forward to undertake Psychometric Assessment and Reference Checking, the results of which informed the PAIT’s official decision-making process relevant to the preferred candidate.
The PRSL team are always on point with their timeliness, attention to detail and advice. They are also very flexible and amenable to the challenges of changing agendas and priorities inherent in dealing with a State Enterprise.
