Pasha Hussain founded Progressive Recruitment Specialists in 2007 and leads the firm as Managing Director, bringing 26 years of recruitment experience. He read Law with European Law at the University of Nottingham, England, and specialises in executive search, professional recruitment and contractor recruitment across Financial Services, Energy and Energy Services, FMCG, Manufacturing and Telecommunications.

He began his career in 2000 with Huxley Associates in London, recruiting front office IT professionals for tier 1 investment banks and hedge funds, and helped launch the firm's New York office. He returned to Trinidad in 2005 and led the mass recruitment drive for the newly established Caribbean Airlines.

Pasha has since led mass recruitment for multinational and local energy operators, placed executives across energy and financial services, and built the firm's presence in Trinidad, Guyana, Suriname, Barbados and Jamaica.

Carolyn de la Rosa is Operations Director and has been a Director of Progressive Recruitment Specialists since inception. She holds an MA (Cantab) in Engineering from Cambridge University and brings 30 years of management consulting and quality assurance experience with GSK, PwC and PA Consulting across more than 20 countries.

She leads Outsourced Recruitment Service Delivery and has served as lead on engagements with Heritage Petroleum and Paria Fuel Trading, bpTT, CDA, Atlantic LNG, JobsTT and JobsGT.

Carolyn sets the delivery standards, so every engagement runs the same way from first brief through to placement and ongoing contractor support.

Janeé Sebright leads business development and customer experience, bringing over 10 years of experience managing client relationships across the Caribbean. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing Management from the University of Sunderland.

She has managed a portfolio of more than 200 client accounts and supported the expansion of operations into Guyana and Jamaica. Her client experience spans recruitment, HR technology, telecommunications, enterprise ICT and professional services, from SMEs through to large enterprise organisations.

Janeé is the first person most clients speak to. She scopes new mandates, oversees onboarding and stays close to how each engagement is performing.

Chanice Brereton-Joseph is a Business Development Executive with 10 years of experience across B2B sales, client relationship management and recruitment advertising. She holds a Diploma in Process and Chemical Engineering, a Foundation in Accountancy (FIA 1) and a Certificate in Applied Engineering.

Her client experience covers Oil and Gas, Energy and Utilities, Manufacturing, Construction and Engineering, Financial Services, FMCG, Government and State Agencies, Logistics and Professional Services.

Chanice works with employers to find where hiring is getting stuck, then puts together the right mix of search, advertising and staffing support, including proposals, quotations and costed recruitment packages.

Janay Edwards is a Recruitment Consultant with 10 years of human resources experience across recruitment and selection, talent management, performance management and workforce planning. She holds a BSc in Accounting (Honours) from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, has completed Levels 1 to 3 of the ACCA, and is an AIHR Certified People Analytics Specialist.

Her career spans energy, FMCG and manufacturing, covering talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation and benefits and leadership development. She has built talent pipelines and development frameworks for large organisations, and brought time to hire down from 50 days to 34 days.

Janay runs searches end to end for client organisations, from role scoping and candidate qualification through to assessment, shortlisting and offer, with a strong read on how a hire fits the wider team.

Shaanta Jaglal is a Recruitment Consultant with over 5 years of energy sector recruitment experience. She holds a BSc in Geography and Environmental Management, and her grounding in HSSE principles made the move into oil and gas recruitment a natural one.

She has recruited for organisations including Shell, Atlantic LNG, Schlumberger and PPGPL, with wider experience across construction, financial services, manufacturing and import and export.

Vinash Bhagoo leads HR for Progressive Recruitment Specialists and JobsTT, with 10 years of professional experience and over 8 years specialised in HR and payroll. He holds a Master of Human Resource Management with Merit from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and a BSc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, with a Certificate in Industrial Relations from the Employers' Consultative Association and NEBOSH GC2 and GC3 in Occupational Health and Safety.

He has managed payroll across six countries and for more than 400 employees across over ten client companies, with career experience spanning recruitment and outsourcing, energy and logistics, and hospitality.

Vinash advises client organisations on industrial relations and legislative compliance, and administers the group health, life and medical plans covering contractors on assignment.

Reanna Seenath handles contractor management and recruitment support, bringing 12 years of HR experience. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and a BSc with a major in Accounting and a minor in Human Resources, along with an Industrial Relations Certificate from the Employers' Consultative Association.

Danielle Adams provides HR operations and payroll support, bringing 39 years of professional experience with 19 years dedicated to payroll administration. She studied Business and Finance at Norwich City College, England.

Melissa Brathwaite is Payroll and Contracts Assistant, with 11 years of experience across HR, Marketing and Energy. She holds an MSc in International Strategic Marketing and a BSc in Management Studies with minors in Finance and Communication Studies.

She handles contractor payroll, leave and health plan onboarding, and contract administration.

Cleon Alexander is Database Administrator for Progressive Recruitment Specialists and JobsTT, specialising in database administration, data integrity and management reporting.

He manages the recruitment database at the centre of search and contractor services work, keeping candidate and client records accurate, structured and searchable so recruiters can move quickly on live mandates.
