In addition, we have a state of the art database with the ability to complete powerful searches across skillsets, location, education and experience. Our consultants use evidence based interviewing techniques and complete off the cuff references on all candidates prior to shortlisting with a previous line manager who evaluated that candidate’s performance and can therefore provide objective feedback regarding performance and gaps.
We can facilitate the interview process at various levels, from coordinating interviews to creating and providing template scoresheets on technical and behavioural competencies and supporting the interview process with a qualified HR resource.
We also facilitate the offer and acceptance stage of the process and can negotiate the needs of the candidate whilst aligning the expectations with current market conditions and your resources.
